I see this time and time again. Now is not the time to cut back on Coaching or just reserve it for "difficult cases". Invest in all your people. Skill them up to face the challenges ahead.
Think Smarter instead of simply working harder...........
- Are you using Coaching right now with your people?
- What is it allowing you do you previously couldn't?
- People deliver more if you invest in them properly
- It also send them a positive message you believe in them and are prepared to invest when it matters most.
- It's just GOOD BUSINESS.........that's a 'win-win'
